Currently is Director, Client Services at Kistler Tiffany Benefits in Berwyn, PA. In this capacity, he consults on KTB’s largest and most complex groups. Randy entered the Group Insurance and Benefits Consulting business in 1981. He began his career with The Prudential Insurance Company of America and progressed from an entry level underwriter to Manager of Regional Accounts during his tenure with the company. During that time he managed the Life, Disability and Medical programs of the Northeast Region’s largest accounts including: Citibank, Barclay’s Bank and Pathmark Corporation. In 1991 he accepted the position of Director of Major Accounts for Independence Blue Cross. In that role he was responsible for managing their largest clients. Not long thereafter, he was promoted to Vice President of Independence Blue Cross’s subsidiary, AmeriHealth, where he worked in a number of key sales and marketing leadership roles before leaving the organization in 2001 to put his knowledge to work in the benefits brokerage and consulting area. Immediately prior to joining KTB he was Senior Vice President of Benefits Consulting for Elite Group Consulting in Exton, PA. Randy earned his Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation from The Wharton School and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Specialists. He also received the designation as a Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) from the American College.

Paul is currently a Vice President of the Employee Benefit Practice for the M. F. Irvine Companies in Conshohocken PA. Paul has 23 years of experience in the employee benefits field since graduating from the University of Delaware in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Concentration in Finance. He spent over 21 years with MetLife in various positions including Account Executive in the 250 to 25,000 employee market; Regional Director for Philadelphia and Pittsburgh responsible for sales and account management of groups with 1,000 to 25,000 employees; National Dental Sales Director working primarily with Fortune 500 companies; and Agency Director acting as a Benefit Practice Leader for MetLife Agents in Eastern PA. Paul achieved his designation of Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) in 1998.

Currently a Sales Manager with Dominion Dental Services of Malvern, PA. Mark has been working in the employee benefits field for 16 years. He obtained his CEBS in 2003 and is presently a Fellow through 2010. He has been active with the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of ISCEBS since 2006 and has held a number of board positions over the last 5 years. Mark graduated from St. Joseph’s University.

Mike earned his CEBS designation in September 1999. Mike is the Secretary of the Philadelphia Chapter of ISCEBS. He has served as President, Vice President, and Board Member prior to his current appointment for the Philadelphia Chapter. Before moving to the Philadelphia area, Mike was active in the Twin Cities Chapter of the ISCEBS, serving as Treasurer, Board Member, and Chairman of the PR committee. Mike is the Regional Sales Vice President for The Standard’s Northeast Region. He manages nine Sales and Service Offices across ten States, providing Group Employee Benefit products to brokers and corporations of all sizes. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowdoin College and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Boston University.

Currently is a Senior Managing Consultant for Gallagher Benefit Services of Mt. Laurel, NJ. His responsibilities include the design, communication and implementation of all phases of health and welfare benefit plans for hospitals, school districts, non-for-profit organizations, governmental and industrial entities. He serves as an at large member of the Board and has successfully completed seven courses towards his CEBS designation. Ed serves on the Executive Committee of the Burlington County United Way and serves as Chairman of Community Impact and Chair of the Nominating Committee. Ed also serves as a mentor to Temple University’s Risk Management and Insurance Program. Ed is very active and has served in various leadership positions for the March of Dimes, Cerebral Palsy of NJ, Lenape Regional Performing Arts Center. In addition to his work with ISCEBS, Ed’s industry affiliations include PenJerDel Employee Benefits Association, Council of Insurance Agents Brokers, the National Association of Health Underwriters and the Society of Human Resource Management.

Currently Benefits Manager with Severn Trent Services of Fort Washington, PA, Marnie has been working in the employee benefits field for 12 years, in both corporate HR and broker/consultant capacities. She obtained her CEBS in 2006 and her Fellowship in 2008. She has been active with the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of ISCEBS since 2007, and was the 2010 Chapter President. Her other professional qualifications include Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Group Benefit Disability Specialist (GBDS). She holds certificates in Professional Human Resource Management from Villanova University; in Employee Benefits Law from the Institute for Applied Management and Law; and in Global Benefits Management from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. Marnie obtained her B.A. in General Studies from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.
